Henkelman Marlin 52 II: Henkelman's Marlin vacuum packaging machine is perfect for packing high volumes. For food storage and sous-vide cooking. The robust, stainless steel Marlin 52 II vacuum packer is standard equipped with a Busch vacuum pump. Perfect for vacuum packing high volumes of food products. Gas flush option is included in the unit. Vacuum packing your products reduces bacterial growth and thereby extends their shelf life. You can also flush the bag with gas like Nitrogen or Argon for even longer shelf life. Hermetically sealing the bag prevents cross-contamination of your product from external influences and improves safety. Product is also protected from atmospheric dehydration, freezer burn and mold. This is a full option machine that has 10 program memory. Comes with 12ft cord with NEMA 14­50P plug. Vacuum sealer bag max for Single Seal Bar is 20 inches length by width of 22 inches and Double Seal Bar is 20 inches length by 20 inches wide.

How does it work?
